Home & Office Visits
We recognise during this tough time that we have clients who we help with their medical conditions and help to improve their quality of life. We are therefore doing everything we can as a business to ensure we can reach you and keep you supported with the care you need during these times.
All head office staff have been in self isolation since Wednesday 11 March. Our Shoreditch clinic is temporarily closed and we have a skeleton team of registered Nurses and Doctors onsite at our Westfield clinic.
To help with the social distancing effort, we are moving as many of our services as possible to home call-outs, to keep people in their homes and reduce unnecessary travel. As medical workers, our nurses are allowed to travel and continue helping to support people’s health with our Vitamin Drips.
So we have extended our home call-out service to the whole of the UK.

The health & safety of our staff and customers is our highest priority and we have implemented the following high standards:
– Our staff wear PPE equipment equivalent to the NHS (disposable masks, gloves and aprons)
– Pre-appointment screening questions, symptom checks and medical questionnaires are undertaken
– Customer’s temperature is taken prior to the appointment
– Hand sanitiser is available for both staff and customers. Staff wash their hands between each customer and regularly throughout the day
– Non-touch technique is used for administering Booster Shots
– We continue to monitor the situation and take guidance from the Government

*Terms and conditions: If cancellation is made less than 24 hours before call out, 50% of the total payment will be charged to your card. Call outs need to be paid 24 hours in advance or, if the booking is made less than 24 hours before the appointment, at the time of booking. We do not offer refunds on call outs as Drips are pre-mixed in our clinics. Call out times may vary up to 2 hours due to external circumstances.
